A Heartfelt Request for the Animals

Dear Fellow People,

I am turning to you, who are on all the continents of this earth, with a heartfelt request. My name is Gabriele. I am an Original Christian. With some other Original Christians, we have created a land of peace for nature and animals in the surrounding area of Würzburg in Germany. On this small piece of land, the message of Jesus, the Christ, should be fulfilled, namely: To keep peace with our fellow man, but also with our fellow creatures, the animals, and the Mother Earth, which, in conjunction with the four elements, gives sustenance to all people, all animals and plants.

The world is in great turmoil. Great need, worry and insecurity everywhere. Added to this, natural disasters of every kind. What human beings have inflicted upon the earth since the beginning of time is now coming into effect. Flaming conflagrations, floods, earthquakes, hurricane-like storms are multiplying.
The need and misery is great. Relief organizations call for donations over and over again - for their starving, homeless fellowmen, for orphans. They show, for example, how many children succumb to undernourishment and die every year. They ask for donations to alleviate the wretchedness. In this way, the poor and needy learn that there are people who feel for them. They can draw hope that people will help them.

According to the commandment of love for neighbor, the one shall help carry the burden of the other. But love for neighbor should also be exercised toward the animal world and toward the earth, for the animals have the same breath as we human beings. Breath is life. No person has given another his breath. And human beings also cannot give the animals, beings that feel just as we do, their breath, either. Just as little can human beings give Mother Earth the elixir of life, the forces of the four elements. As a result, we human beings should neither deliberately kill people nor animals, nor should we exploit the earth.

The life-force comes from God alone. Neither the animals nor the earth belong to us human beings. The life-force in our breath is a gift to us, until our soul changes over to the beyond. We cannot take anything that we call our goods or possessions on the earth into the beyond with us. But we can do good. This is why the relief organizations ask for help to ease the need in regions and areas of crisis. This is good and right, because the one should help carry the burden of the other.

Meanwhile, it has become quite clear that no person worldwide, can be secure against the many different kinds of turbulences. The forces of nature that have been brought into turmoil - storms and floods - do not recognize the prestige of a person. Brought into a state of need, many a one starts to think about the unity with his neighbor.

But a part of this great unity that encompasses human beings and the earth are the animals. Everywhere, the misery and the suffering of the animals is unimaginably great. People who need help have a voice in this world through other people, through the relief organizations. But animals, on the other hand, have been disparaged by human beings as creatures without rights; in our society they have no rights and hardly a voice.
Some Original Christians not only want to give a voice to the enslaved, tortured, hunted, chased and cruelly killed animals - they have also begun to build a land of peace. They have acquired and are still acquiring woods and fields, where animals are not chased and hunted, nor must they suffer a torturous death for the benefit of the human palate. On this small piece of land on the earth, human beings and animals meet one another in complete freedom. Human beings and animals are gradually becoming friends.
Surely you will now think this would be like paradise. It is very similar: The animals that live on the land of peace are changing their character. In this way, their original, gentle and noble nature is unfolding bit by bit. They sense that no suffering will be caused to them - quite the contrary - and they begin to develop trust in human beings.

The name "Bethlehem" has a very special melody for the Original Christians. In Bethlehem, the animals gave shelter to Mary and Joseph and their newborn child. They gave them warmth and security. "Bethlehem" symbolizes peace, the unity. "Bethlehem" is for us a sign for love.

The land of peace now offers animals the peace, which the animals in the stable in Bethlehem radiated toward the baby Jesus and Mary and Joseph. The land of peace, where the animals have a home, is still small. But it is growing, and ever more animals are seeking a home and protection on this land of peace.

And now, a great opportunity is opening for them! A large area of woods and land has been offered for purchase to the Original Christians. I am calling this home on the earth the "Bethlehem Woods," a woodland of peace.
Since the Original Christians are not rich, that is, we don't have the means to simply reach into our pockets and lay out the money, I am asking animal friends all over the world for a contribution.

With this, you are giving the animals a voice and are helping to offer the animals a peaceful home that is worthy of their species.

Dear fellow people, please help us! For Jesus came not only to human beings, but also to the animals. But help us to again raise the dignity of the animals as well! Many people are not aware that for the sake of their meal of meat - steak, roast or sausage - living, joyful animals have to suffer wretchedly and die a miserable death. Perhaps while you shop next time you can remember our fellow creatures that are being shot down in the cruellest of ways or that are being butchered in the slaughterhouses to then land on people's plates as carcass pieces.
This is not the will of God! God commanded the people to eat what the earth - which gives sustenance to human beings, animals and plants - grows for us as seeds, fruits and herbs.
We should not forget the following: When we turn away from the enjoyment of meat, we are also helping the animals that eat meat to become vegetarian. Heaven sent us no meat-eating animals. Instead, human pleasure has made the animals into what many human beings are, who consume their fellow creatures.

For this reason, dear fellow people, my heartfelt request to you: Please help through a gift of charitable love for the animals who are dependent on your help. Particularly they are asking through me:

"Help us acquire the Bethlehem Woods, the woods of peace, a quiet resting place for us, for the tortured, tormented and homeless creatures of God. For in the great God-given unity, we animals are, in the final analysis, your little brothers and sisters!"

Dear fellow people, I sense that you are willing to help! May I give you a way to make a contribution and bring you the thankfulness of the animals?
The glad tidings of the animals to helpful people is the land of peace. If you would like to visit it, you are warmly welcome to do so!

And I, Gabriele, give deep heartfelt thanks to you for your help!
